Generational wealth refers to an asset/wealth that can be passed down or inherited to the next generation. This wealth is not always in the form of physical assets such as property, gold, business, savings and investments but also intellectual assets such as education, financial literacy applied from an early age and a rich mentality.
Building generational wealth can ensure that our next generation does not have to start from zero, and they also do not have too much financial pressure. Building generational wealth is not only for the rich, but anyone can start it.
There are 3 stages in the strategy of building generational wealth, namely:
1. Building Assets
This is the initial stage of choosing long-term assets to be used as generational wealth such as property, gold, deposits, blue-chip stocks, Bitcoin, businesses, etc.
2. Increasing Asset Ownership
This second stage can be done by reinvesting either from investment returns or from fixed income allocations.
3. Inheriting Assets
At this stage it means that you have sufficient assets to inherit and you can make a legal plan.
Everyone certainly wants to be able to inherit the assets they own to the next generation, but in this planning, how far have you come, have you just started at number one, number two or number three?
