I think having both skill or experience and college certificate are good in order to get jobs faster, but most of the times it depend on the job type, if the job is more focused on skill and ability then having skill will give you the job.

It is both for me. A college diploma is your ticket to wonderful opportunities. Most employers prefer people who have completed college. And you will require skills to thrive in whichever job path you choose.

I'm not sure that anyone needs a certificate because I got 3 jobs and I was never asked for it, even though I didn't even graduate from university. However, it depends on the job and the employer, because it is essential for someone to hire employees only with a diploma
