It is true that when you start a successful business, competition comes at you very quickly. Some customers start trying other places just out of curiosity. To keep them, you must provide excellent service and innovation at all times. If customers feel special, they will come back without much persuasion.There are so many challenges that cause entrepreneurs to fail in retaining customers for sure. The stiff competition that comes after one starts a very successful business is usually very high for the same kind of people to continue patronising on your business.
