Going back in time to give a warning

Assuming we could go back in time, and be able to interact with the past, what if you could travel back in time and give one warning to any individual? Who would it be, and what would you warn them to look out for, in the future?

I would go back and warn myself that my mother was lying about my father throughout the divorce and to stay with him in the divorce. Things would be different for both of us if I had.

His wife betrayed him while he was busy working in Saudi Arabia. He never believes his family and only believes when he sees the reality; his wife left with another man leaving their kids sick and hungry
