Google search reverting to Punjabi again

I only use English, yet I find that the search results are in Punjabi again. What could be the reason why search is changing to Punjabi repeatedly, how to find the hacker who has changed the settings?

It would be basically from the language settings that you have on your phone. Turn off auto language by location.

I am facing the problem on my desktop also , all the google searches are defaulting to Punjabi search suddenly again, making it difficult to understand the search results.
