Could they be creating such accounts so that they get money into them through dubious ways. They need to be fished out and arrested

How did these criminals knew the bank accounts? Were they connivance with the bank. Your country is full of crimes like that. It's not happening in the Philippines.
Asked almost the same question. I always see this kind of act as an inside job
For me l can say that one is the criminal of the highest order. The government officials should be in the fore front to help the people out on the financial issues.
