This fraud has continued for several years, even the income tax department is duped, so how to end the fraud of some intelligence employees?

How did these criminals knew the bank accounts? Were they connivance with the bank. Your country is full of crimes like that. It's not happening in the Philippines.
Top government employees have access to bank details as part of their job profile and they abuse their powers to falsely claim that their girlfriends,sugar babies and relatives own the savings, bank accounts of citizens who they hate, especially older single women.

For me l can say that one is the criminal of the highest order. The government officials should be in the fore front to help the people out on the financial issues.
