Due to high levels of corruption and financial fraud, at least 10-15 intelligence employees in at least 5 different states, are getting a monthly government salary for faking ownership of a bank account, in most cases, in another state, where these employees have never lived. Is it a normal practice for intelligence employees to falsely claim to own the bank account of private citizens who they hate, criminally defame?
