Both hardware and software are different. And most people find it easy to troubleshoot one of those on their devices.

Which can you easily troubleshoot by yourself in your device? Hardware or software?

If it's a software issue that requires an app to fix, then i don't really have an issue in this case.

At least with software issues, I don't have to turn screws. Following instructions to solve a software issue is more realistic.

For me, it's easier fix software issues than hardware issues. If I see machine crashing, I can delete things or start over without fear of completely destroying my device.

I can try to resolve software issues on my own. I rarely even take software issues to a technician. But I don't go near hardware issues.

Me too. I fix software myself professionally but afraid of damaging the hardware to be honest. I know my limits so don't end up losing money buying another new device. I'd rather stay away from things like screws and cables.
