Has anyone falsely claimed to own your savings?

Often the relatives and friends of government employees are falsely claiming to have the resume, savings of single older professionals, investors from poorer communities, and get government jobs. Has anyone falsely claimed to own your savings and the government believes these lies?

How can someone owns your savings when it is under your name and the account number is yours? Perhaps there is hocus focus from the bank.

No one has done this and I doubt anyone one would be able to do it. I have the details to my savings account no one else has this access.

I also cannot believe that others can claim a bank savings as theirs when the account name is yours and everything as proof of ownership. That's a scam.

This has not happened to me and I cannot imagine how someone's saving can be claimed by someone else. I mean how could anyone claim that my saving account is his account?
