I had orders that I was supposed to follow up and meet this morning for my business. And I didn't have internet for hours to reach out to those customers. And it jeopardized my business day.

Have you ever experienced a setback in your business because of poor internet? How did you manage and cope with that?

Yes, and considered it a bad day when Internet is out. My milk tea business is affected much especially if the internet outage takes 5 hours. The milk tea isn't chilled and no one likes to buy a pale tea.
