Earlier cash or cheque was the only way to pay for a transaction. In the last few decades, credit cards, mobile and online payment have become popular. Has there been a decrease in the cash payments in the last few decades in your country?
 
I think it has slightly reduced to some extent, people these days mostly prefer moving cashless, they can easily transfer online or use their bank cards.
 
The interesting thing is that even as cash becomes rare, there’s pushback to make sure shops and restaurants keep accepting it. Not everyone can rely on phones or cards, and during tech outages cash is still the fallback
