There are some customers that comes on the business to taste the faith of the businessmen. For instance what action can you take when you find a customer stealing from your shop red handedly?
In my years of experience at work.I was always told that the customer is always right.So I dont think confrontation is right.You have to use the right approach though if the customer steals.
I have confronted a customer before. The customer really wanted to fight me over a small glitch in the product. That could have been settled amicably. But the woman came with voolence.
I have not confronted a customer but a cashier. The cashier was so slow and mean to the customers and when it was about my time to pay, I waited for her action and there she murmured. What I did, was I called the manager, and the people who fell in line witnessed how she dealt with the customers. She was fired on the spot.
