Most people including the financial advisors, urge people to invest in the capital market platforms as the main way for building personal wealthy. So have you ever tried any of those platforms in the likes of money market funds, stocks, shares among others and what is your experience like?

Yes, I've tried several of these financial instruments, and I believe the experience depends greatly on prior knowledge and the investment mindset. I started with mutual funds and stocks, mainly through digital platforms that facilitate access to the stock market. At first, I made the mistake of investing without fully understanding the risks and market movements, which led to small losses. However, over time, I learned the importance of diversification and patience. Investing in the capital market isn't a get-rich-quick scheme, but rather a way to build wealth sustainably. I think financial advisors are right to promote this, but they should emphasize financial education more than just recommendations. My experience taught me that investing with a clear strategy and objectives can transform one's relationship with money and financial future.

I've tried investing through both mutual funds and local stockbrokers, but mutual funds only yielded small returns, so I switched to a stockbroker. Furthermore, you need to have a dedicated Customer Funds Account (AKA) linked to a designated bank account. Currently, I prefer buying IPO stocks for short-term gains.

For me l have never been engaged on the capital market industry. I really don't have enough knowledge about it and l would make sure l acquire the right knowledge about it before l dive into it
