There are some people that have had gory experiences at work. They have victimized at work either by their bosses or their co workers. Have you ever been a person that was victimized at work? How did you cope with such an experience? Did you fight back?

For sure l have seen that happening to me when l was working in the previous company. Most people used to shift the blame to me especially when things go astray.
Were you a junior staff or a senior staff? That has always been the lots of most junior staff in business organizations. They take every blame.

I once worked for a company which changed my office hours without my consent. Instead of working from 9 to 5. They wanted me to work night shift. I refused and they fired me without giving me any compensation. I complained to the Labor Department. I won the case and got all my compensations, and I refused to work for the company anymore.

I was victimized at work. My boss wanted me to follow his corrupt ways of doing accounting and when I refused he started making hurtful remarks at me on a daily basis.

Some bosses are just like that. It is better to stand the way of morality and probably leave the company than sell your conscience.

I have been victimized. The manager was very corrupt. And I refused to join his corruption. He told me to leave my seat for a junior staff.
This is really bad . They always wants you to join in and if you don't they want to intimidate you too bad
