There are some people that have had gory experiences at work. They have victimized at work either by their bosses or their co workers. Have you ever been a person that was victimized at work? How did you cope with such an experience? Did you fight back?

I have never really been victimized, or i don't know if what i went through can actually be classified as me being victimized though.

I have been victimized. The manager was very corrupt. And I refused to join his corruption. He told me to leave my seat for a junior staff.

My then boss wanted to sleep with me and because I did not accept, he really humiliated and embarrassed me at work. I had to leave.

For sure l have seen that happening to me when l was working in the previous company. Most people used to shift the blame to me especially when things go astray.
