There are some sets of customers that are very indecisive. They are confused about making choices. They come to my shop and glance through catalogs being excited about every style they see and not being able to pick one.

Have you had to handle indecisive customers? How did you manage them?

These kinds of customers always have to be continuously guided. You would have to be making lots of explanations to them.

I'm sometimes one so what I do is to make them see the need or the worth of a thing to decide to buy on their own

Lol yes i have experienced a few, with this type of customers you have to be very patient to guide them through the whole process.

Try to understand what the customer is looking for and what is holding them back. Ask open-ended questions to explore their preferences, and concerns.
