Have you ever found a wifi unlocking password?

For me, l work in a company that have so many wifi networks. However the management had strictly hidden and dont permit unauthorised user to their networks. However l would consider myself very lucky if l would get a wifi revealing password app. Any suggestions would be highly appreciated.

Does the company not give the staff access to one they can use within the working environment? I haven't come across anyone though.
