Have you ever had the wrong meal given to you at a restaurant?

There have been times when I've been in a busy restaurant and the servers were so busy taking orders that they ran out of time. I was understanding of the circumstance, so I wasn't upset when they brought me the wrong dish. I just informed them of it while I awaited my meal.

I docook my meals. I don't eat out due to high cost of meals in the restaurant. Secondly, i dont really like thectastecof their food. Most of them don't know how to cook. It is very unfortunate.
