There are some individuals who can't spend even half an hour without being in contact with their phones. So how long can you stay without using the smartphone?

When I'm asleep and at work my phone is off. I don't want disturbance. I always have focus at work. I also don't like to be disturbed once sleeping.

Yes I have when it's charging or when I want to sleep. Then there are times am busy with other works, with my laptop.
For the duration that I am in a public gathering, I leave my smartphone and pay attention. Sometimes, it is in church and I have to leave the smartphone for hours.
I can remain away from my smartphones for even a week, only the small amount of online income which I make may get affected. I rarely check the smartphone, since I do not get many messages.
I do leave my phone for hours especially when am working. I only use my phone to answer calls when am working. I only get involved with internet when am less busy. Though, if am idle i can't leave my phone for 30 minutes.
For me l have never been addicted to the smartphones. However l can stay for hours without the phone.
Half hour? I went in another country for 5 days without phone. It was not intentional but everything can be done. Guess what? I survived.

When my smartphone is charging, I do not use it because I heard that using it while charging can have adverse effects on the battery. Additionally, I do not use my smartphone when I am working or sleeping.
I am not addicted to mobile phone so can live without it for an hour. Yes, there are people who can't live without it and always check something on the phone.
The only time that my smartphone stays free is when it is charging or I don't actively have anything to do with it.
