I think you need to have an open mind when it comes to business. Working with an enemy that has skills is better than working with a friend that has no skills.

My offline business requires no partner. I acquired it through franchising. I only hired two staff to manage my milk tea business in the mall. If my business is big, I surely need a business partner from my family member.

If I had no choice, I would go ahead and work with someone I don’t particularly like, but I’d make sure to stay professional and be cautious while safeguarding my responsibilities. That said, whenever I do have a choice, I’d always prefer to work with people I actually get along with — it just makes collaboration smoother and more enjoyable.
