So have you ever bought items online and realised that they are non functional at home. And did you returned to the merchants or how was your experience like?
I have never done this myself, my sister on the other hand though has done this several times. It can be really stressful having to return a defective product.
I have never returned a defective product I bought online, but I did request exchange of a jacket to a smaller size. I am satisfied with how the online shop handled the request.
Until now, I have never received a defective product in any online purchase that I have made, but I have received goods that did not match the order but I was too lazy to return them, and the return period had expired or was more than three days.
