There are some sites/clients who want workers only from the specific geography and restrict other people. Have you tried to fake your country of origin to get a job, were you paid from the job? Well, I once faked my country to get a survey. I managed to earn $20 but I could not receive payment because the client asked to submit my bank account details, which was not possible.

I have never done this. If you are applying for a job, the company will ask for your ID before the interview. Even for online tasks such as taking surveys, you cannot fake your country of origin because they keep track of your IP address.
