I have really seen so much businesses that end up in court for having breached the set rules and regulations by the court of law. Have you ever been involved on that kind of case scenarios on your business and how did you handled it!

No, it didn't happen to me. No one can do business here in my place without complying the laws like business permits and bond. It's always safe to do legal business.

So far, I don't think I have ever gone against the law for my business. Right now I am working towards registering the business officially.
No I have not. And i whole heartdly encourage business owners not to break the law. Sometimes you will find that by breaking the alw you pay a very hefty price and it wouldnt be worth the trouble. Best stick.to doing business the right way to aviid dealing with the law.
This is why as a citizen you must know the law so that you know better and abides by it to avoid getting into trouble
The organization that I work for had failed to get some permits. They paid fine and applied for the permit.
I too worked with a company that the local government had to close the company and taken the legal action against it for failing to comply with the law of the land.
Surely l don't have business for now and l would fully comply with the law.

I do not own a business right now. If I do in the future, I'll make sure the business I won complies with all the regulations.
ln my country most lawbreakers on the business world face severe punishments including higher fines with business licences being provoked as a result. That's its very important for one to abide by the law.
The organization I work for unintentionally evaded tax. They wee made to pay huge penalties for that.

It's essential to abide the law especially if you're managing a business. You are not free to create your own law. You will only regret if caught and land in jail.
