Have you noticed that owners of big businesses don't show up to people or customers?

I observe that there's no appearance of business owners to customers. In the city where I live I never know the owners of big malls and stores unless named their malls or stores from their family name like Gaisano City mall.

The owner is Gaisano but no one has seen him ever since his mall was created. He already passed away but no one has seen his son as the next owner.

The reasons, they're protecting themselves from kidnap for ransom and his mall has office employees and workers to do their duties responsively. They're all monitored through CV TV cameras.

Big business have workers which will communicate with customers. Main boss don't do that. He is running business making new deals, supply chain, paying bills.

I don't know about the general practices of the medium to big business owners in the areas in which you all live, but I know one of two owners of a successful business, going back to school. He is friends with myself and two of my siblings. I know he interacts with customers, and is generally friendly with people.

Owners of such big businesses are extremely busy people and you won't easily see them. They probably have chains of similar businesses they are doing elsewhere and are frequently attending board meetings et all.

Very well said that's the potential reason of the business owners no show to public though their names are known like Henry Sy (RIP) owner of SMs. He only appeared on news and magazines. Also the owners here of the famous and biggest Lim Ket Kai Center, we haven't seen the owner even virtually.

When you grow to a certain level in business, your business doesn't need your physical presence for it to run very smoothly because structures would have been built that would allow the business to run on it's own.

I think it's right because they are creating a big company that can work without them and they just get money. Why should they become famous and tell everyone that this is their business. They live a luxurious life and can calmly go out in public and no one will know who they are

Well, their reason for not showing up is valid. Nobody want to go through the bad experience of kidnap so they will want to prote t themselves by not showing up all the time.

Indeed, there are many reasons why business owners do not show up publicly, one is for safety. Another is the business has a designated personnel in charge of a particular section.

Yes, I think the most is on safety. A lot of them needs their security intact so they avoid being known for safety
