He completely refused to serve the customer because it was closing time and he was closing. Was that right?

This guy runs a restaurant at the city centre. His closing time is 7pm. On this particular day, a customer arrived the restaurant at exactly 7pm, and wanted to order food. The business operator said it was closing time and he wasn't serving anyone. He actually didn't serve that customer.

That might be the owner's policy, which customers must respect. It was closing time, and that late customer could proceed to another food center.

I don't see anything wrong with this. They have a closing time so he simply sticked to it. Next time that same customer would come around that time hoping to get food again.

The restaurant operator won't kill himself because he wants to serve a customer. That's one thing customers fail to understand. The business owners have a live outside the business also

It's neither wrong or right . Some people are just cultured to keep to their principle. That's might just he the set time to close and he is following it

I always call that kind of thing a temptation when a customer clearly knows the closing time but repeatedly calls after that time to buy. They want you to react.

Yes this is what should be. Even if you are not serving the person but try to polite that's it.
