Imagine a person that you know that is owing like two people that you also know money. This debtor is now asking that you lend him money too.

Would you feel comfortable lending money to such a person? Or you would outrightly refuse to lend him money?
 
It depends on the kind of relationship i have with the person. If it's someone close to me, if i have the extra cash i would give them an amount am okay with loosing if he does not pay back.
 
As far as I am concerned, such a person already has a very bad credit score and there is no way that I would lend him or her money.
 
Rather than lending, I can give extra money I have, especially if the person is a family member. The same thing applies to a friend in need.
That's the way to go. if you know they would not be able to pay back just dash them the one or little you can
