Heritage Vandalism: Unknown Miscreants Deface Qutub Minar Wall
New Delhi,December 26, 2025: In a shocking act of vandalism, a section of the outer wall of the UNESCO World Heritage Site, Qutub Minar, was found defaced with spray paint early this morning. The graffiti, discovered by security guards during their routine round, contained obscure symbols and text. The Archaeological Survey of India (ASI) has filed an FIR and launched a probe. ASI officials expressed deep anguish, stating that the 13th-century monument's sanctity has been violated. Enhanced security measures, including additional CCTV cameras, are being installed immediately
