According to the report, Iran-backed Hezbollah struck central Israel, injuring 19 in the Sharon area. The missile strike triggered sirens. The Israeli military said it identified three projectiles fired from Lebanon.
Hezbollah said that it fired a salvo of rockets at Glilot military intelligence base near Tel Aviv. The Hezbollah attack followed Israeli strikes on the southern suburbs of Beirut and Tyre.
Meanwhile, the Lebanese Health Ministry said Israeli strikes in the Baalbek-Hermel region killed 52 and wounded 72 others.
