Honesty is the best policy and it is among the virtues of our Lord. In operating a small business, honesty must be the center to make your business grow profitably and have the chance to take it to the next level. Honesty has a powerful way of drawing people in and creating trust. It cultivates a positive and communicative environment, and it is essential for creating a successful small business. Start with a small business first before you take your next step. This shall happen if you build a solid foundation with your customers who bring money to your business. Honesty and transparency need to be a part of your business strategy. If you have this, people will trust you and they will never betray you. They will continue patronizing your products and invite others to do the same. It is how impactful it can be to build a strong and loyal customer and employee base.

I agree with you, in developing a small business we need honesty and transparency, so that we don't disappoint customers or suppliers. Apart from that, we also have to be able to keep promises when we take goods from suppliers and pay them on time.

A business built on lies is simply just building itself to fail later in the future. I have seen cases where business owners lie about what they can do just to secure a project or to get a customer only to end up not being able to deliver. When you are honest, you can easily gain the rest and loyalty of your customers.

Honesty and transparency is a currency in business that can buy you access that no other factor can give you. Suppliers would be able to trust your business and even customers would always refer you to others because you are honest.

You are so right, honesty and transparency make our business grow and will take the next level. Arrogance and lies never make a business grow fat but grow thin.
