House Wife vs Career

I meet many single women who are highly educated and work with very promising career paths with a cool and elegant appearance. But after she gets married, she has to face two choices: becoming a full house wife or becoming a career woman. If you are a woman then which one should you choose, and if you are a man, then which choice do you have to have a wife, a full house wife or a career woman?

Personally speaking, I will never force my wife to stay home and to become a full-time housewife. I respect her opinion and support her in what she wants to do, and even if she wants to be in the house, I can't force her to go outside and work, but I will try to explain to her that she doesn't have to stay at home, and yeah, we both have equal duty to take care of the newborn.
