When it comes to business people, they have numerous tasks to fulfil. Answering emails, vetting and tracking orders, organising so many other things. Time is an important factor for entrepreneurs.

How can an entrepreneur manage time given the numerous tasks they have to fulfil?

This is where schedule comes in. You need to have a scale of preference. you list the tasks you have on order of importance then you assign time to them and keep to it.

As far as the entrepreneurship is concerned, the businessmen should be very conscious about time.They must have great time planning skills and effective time utilisation for that matter.

Time management is one area I am still lacking on. I think one way for an entrepreneur to be able to do this would be through self discipline.
