When we talk about employee, having a good character can help an employee in various ways, for example if an employee exercise different good characters such as , integrity, honest and trustworthy, this could make colleagues, employers and supervisors rely on them, trust them and value their present.

True, if the employees have good character and honest working habit then their employer even don't have to command them.

Yea, that's right, the employer wouldn't even have to command them to work, it's always happens that if an employee is likely being commanded or being shouted on to work, it's possible that they could loss the job the following day.
