How can I deal with a aggressive customer

Most people follow the facts of emotions and don't know how to handle a situation especially people here in people who could say what they want but when facing the real scenario they may respond aggressively by aggression.
It's also the same picture here people are easily irritated when there's something that triggers them despite could be negotiated calmly. They're having that toxic manners because of their wrong beliefs.
 
I often encounter various customer characters, whether they are professional customers or in retail trade, the most important thing is that we must continue to be good listeners, and remain patient, deal with complaints and aggressive customers professionally, not personally.
