How can I start a small business?

I have my own personal work I'm doing offline, but i want to attach something else and I'm thinking of a small scale business. What's your thoughts?

Well, it depends on your personal goals and financial capability. Maybe you can start offering freelancing services online. Choose part-time online jobs if you have an offline job. You can try selling products online, too.
