How can males support female managers?

Regardless of gender, the subordinates have to support a boss. And if the boss is a female, then she is qualified for that position, hence everyone in the workforce must obey.

Although women and men are now equal, many women are presidents or top leaders of companies, and many women even drive large cars, become pilots, and so on. Personally, I encourage women to become managers by mentoring or sponsoring women in the workplace.

These days women have woken up very badly. They drive big cars, become presidents and even pilots. This is proof that power has no gender at all.

I personally like to be a mentor to women at work. I advise them not to give up and continue to climb the ladder. When given a chance, women do great things.

There are still some who believe that women cannot lead. That is an old idea. If we continue to support and stand with them, we will open many doors of success.
