How can one setup a service business to be charging hourly?

There are services businesses that always charge their clients hourly. It is rather uncommon to see around my country. Charging per hour gives value to time spent in rendering the service.

What does it take for a service business to charge clients hourly and they are willing to pay for every hour?

It depends on what kind if services you are giving, for instance personal care such as massage has hourly rates. Game parlours also have hourly rates

To set up a service business that charges hourly, you need to clearly define your service offerings, determine your hourly rate based on market research and your costs as well

You would need to split the value that you offer and make it attractive for people to be willing to pay for it hourly. It is not common here though.

It's possible but the pay would be extremely small, so by the time you combine the number of hours you work the money would be payable.

For me l have actually seen that kind of businesses mostly the internet cafes, , hospitals like in the ICU and more especially on the oxygen wing

Yes you need to know how people react to that kind of business in your location before you start out though

From what I see in my country, it is only very proficient service businesses that have lots of clients and are well known that can charge hourly.

You just have to give premium services to achieve this. Nobody would patronised a quack service to pay higher
