How can you overcome writer's block as an online writer?

I have heard many people that write online complain that they are going through writers block. When that happens, what are the measures that one can take to overcome that writer's block?

I myself have experienced creative block. It is a mental fatigue. Taking breaks from writing almost offers the perfect solution to that.
