How did you manage to purchase the most valuable items with limited amount of money?

For me l have purchased almost all of my valuable household's items like the fridge, flat TVs among others by the hire purchase model kind of purchasing.

If I need to purchase valuable items, I check if any stores have any promotions. I will also compare the price of different stores. I make payment by credit card to get cash back.

I never experienced doing it purchasing something money out of sufficiency. I do budgeting and listing. I must not put myself to shame. Let us only purchase items within our limit. Self control and discipline are vital. It is not a good picture to be a victim of our greediness.
