How did your business fail?

There is no business that has never experienced failure. If there is, that means such business has not really taken any risks. They operate at basic level. How has your business failed? Whose fault was it for the business to fail the way it did?

My business failed when I couldn't attract clients at first because I was focusing on the offline market. Had to close down. Relaunched and focused on online market and we have been profitably running for three years now without cease.

For me it was not being able to get customers, i am still struggling with this right now though, i believe with time.

First, my business failed because the product I made was outdated, changes in technology meant that old products were abandoned, and second, the failure was due to changes in business targets so that there were only one or three consumers a day.

I can imagine, i have heard a lot about some businesses that have suffered the same faith overtime as well.

I was making money and refused to maintain my equipment. They all broke down and I was out of business for almost three months having to source money and fix them.
