How do you actually market a product practically without sounding salesy?

The thing that people are talking so much about now is how to market a product without being salesy. Come on. You want to make sales. How then would you not be salesy in your marketing? Is that even possible?

It depends on what they means by been salesy. I don't think that the sentence makes any sense to me! What a salesperson needs is to get enough sales to make profit! What people thinks should not be his or her concern?

I think you can focus on the benefits of your products in your advertisements. Or, may be prepare some case studies showing how one gets benefits from the product. This will make people think if they want to have the product. In this way, you are not hard selling your product.

Yeah, people hate being pitched to, but they don’t hate buying. If you give value upfront, share useful tips, or tell stories, your product becomes the natural next step. That’s how you sell without being salesy
