How do you avoid wasting time?

Most online workers, who are doing low end work, are making less money, and their income depends on how much time they spend doing the work. So how do forum members avoid wasting their time?

For me, staying busy mentally so that I don't waste time doing nothing.

This is reminder for me. I spend most of my time watching videos on YT or FB but not earning anything. Currently I am watching video while commenting here. The YT browser is on the laptop and the DB is on the monitor screen.

I usually only do paid work on the computer , I usually plan my schedule for work, so that I do not waste time. I also avoid leaving home to the extent possible so that I have more time for work.

Due to the low income of online workers due to government slavery, they have to work even on holidays and have very less free time to socialize. This affects their social status and many well connected people are criminally defaming them to cheat, exploit and rob them.
