There are some products that are to be used in a certain way for the products to work effectively. And for such kinds of products, instructions/ directions for use are always written in the label and packaging of the product.

But many times, customers don't read those directions and end up using the product wrongly. Next thing, they blame the company or the product.

When you sell to customers, how do you ensure that they follow usage instructions?
