I experienced it this day in my milk tea business. There were 5 people who asked me about the price and I thought they will buy because they didn't leave. They asked again and I almost cannot control my anger. Then one of them asked me if he can buy one half packed. I said no but I pity the young one. I gave him one huge glass of milk tea. He jumped What a pity. I don't like to manage my milk tea business. It may end bankrupt. I visited my business because I am on my summer vacation.
The people that oftenly make some inquiries on your business are called prospect customers. Therefore the business managers or owners should treat them with courtesy as those people do come to patronize on your business one time.
