The thing is that a lot of the foodstuff we used are mostly perishable as they easily get spoilt. How do you preserve yours to keep them lasting for long?
I store perishable items in the refrigerator. I freeze fish and vegetables to keep them fresher longer. My refrigerator is set to the appropriate temperature to accomplish this.
