It is always good to protect ones mental health so that you can still remain sane even in an insane world. What do you do to keep yourself sane even in this chaotic world?
One way i usually use in protecting my mental health is usually through taking a break. I find a good movie or game to watch and play respectfully. This helps me relax and think calmly most of the times.
I think that mental health is very important and it is very fragile you need to make yourself happy to have good mental health personally I think that I do not have a stable mental health but morning walks or a run helps

The only way to protect our mental health all we have to do is not to worry on every things and try to handle everything without stress and take some time in order to pray and thank God for the health that he gives for us, in that way we can avoid problems and protect our mental health.
For me, the most important thing is to be able to stop working and find time for seye. I can't do all the work in the world in one day because if I don't even have time for something I still take a break and rest
