How do you relate with your customers?

Customers are the strength of a business and must be respected at all times. If you treat them well, they remain loyal and come back again and again. The easiest way is to provide excellent service, listen to feedback and ensure they get value. This builds trust and makes your brand grow. Customers often want to feel special and appreciated. If you build a genuine connection with them, you will find lasting patronage.
I am yet to own a business.
 
For me, it starts with listening. Customers stay when they feel heard, not rushed. Clear communication, honest pricing, and keeping promises matter more than flashy offers. When something goes wrong, owning it and fixing it quickly builds trust. People return to businesses that treat them like humans, not transactions.
 
I try as much as I can to create a healthy relationship with my customers. I call, visit and even gift my customers on special occasions, this makes them feel appreciated. I get feedbacks from them and work on how improve the services I render.
