So the policy is that if a staff of mine is absent from duty and we have an order to fulfill, we would outsource someone to fill in the role of the absent staff for the fulfilment of the order.

We pay the outsourced staff from the salary of the main staff that was absent? Do you think it is a fair policy?

I think it is a fair policy. The business shouldn't lose for days a staff won't come to work. But empathy should be applied too.

I think it is a fair policy, but what about situations beyond the control of the staff? Like maybe a family crisis and so on.

That depends on the reason the staff is absent from work. If s(he) is sick or has some family crisis, I don't think it's fair to use his salary to pay for the outsourced company.

It might look good to the owner of the business. But first you have to be sure the reason why the worker isn't at work is flimsy enough for such act.

At first I don't even like to stay away from work if you do this continues it will affect you when you grow up so I don't like the situation of staying out of work I go to work everyday it's a clear sign to wealth

It has become a common policy, as long as the main worker is absent from work, and there is a possibility that a replacement must be done by another employee, unless the managerial level job must be replaced by expert staff or the business owner.
