How do you serve your customers satisfactory?

When it comes to customer satisfaction, it simply means listening to your customers and giving them what they want, when they need it and if possible even exceed their expectations. When we do this, we have been able to create customer satisfaction.
 
I agree, we are all customers and we want that our voices are heard. In a face to face set up, it is important that when you listen to customers, there is that eye contact and show that you are interested to listen to them. If not interested, it will show on your sincerity to assist. So always listen, smile and be authentic when assisting the customer.
 
Serving a customer satisfactorily goes beyond delivering quality products or services. It involves treating the customer with empathy and communicating to the customer directly or indirectly that they are paramount.
