The gig economy that we operate in has given rise to some businesses operating with more freelancers. The challenge with such businesses is how to maintain professionalism amongst the freelancing workforce. Is that achievable?

As a business owner, you can still maintain professionalism even though all your employees are freelancers, but you must create a clear work contract, quality and expectations, provide rewards and bonuses for each of their achievements, immediately extend the work contract when it is about to expire, with an increased salary.
